The VBF Orchestra presents a captivating program, beginning with Franz Liszt’s dynamic “Les Preludes.” Following this, they showcase Camille Pépin’s evocative “The Sound of Trees,” featuring a double concerto for clarinet, cello, and orchestra, with Vangel Tangarov on clarinet and Gregory Sauer on cello. Concluding the evening is Camille Saint-Saëns’ majestic Symphony No. 3 in C major, “Organ,” featuring the talents of organist Renée Anne Louprette, all under the expert direction of conductor Alejandro Hernandez-Valdez.
