Mariachi Nuevo, Ballet Folklórico, festive food & drinks headline the Victoria Bach Festival’s signature fall fundraiser, October 18 at Club Westerner

VICTORIA, Texas – Get ready to raise a glass, enjoy incredible music and celebrate with friends at Mariachis & Margaritas, the Victoria Bach Festival’s signature fall fundraising event, returning Sunday, October 18, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at Club Westerner.

Now in its fourth year, Mariachis & Margaritas has become one of Victoria’s most anticipated fall celebrations—a lively evening where music, culture, great food, festive drinks and community come together in support of the Victoria Bach Festival and its mission to bring world-class music and education to South Texas.

This year’s event promises even more to celebrate, with performances by the beloved local ensemble Mariachi Nuevo and the colorful, energetic Ballet Folklórico. Together, the performers will bring the sounds, movement and traditions of Mexico to life, creating an atmosphere designed for enjoying the evening, celebrating with friends and making memories.

And then there’s the food.

Wild Thyme Catering will serve up an enticing selection of gourmet street tacos and appetizers, followed by a decadent churro bar. Guests can sip signature margaritas, handcrafted sangria and curated tequila flights throughout the evening. Add live music, dancing, festive décor and a packed room of friends and supporters, and Mariachis & Margaritas is shaping up to be one of the most fun nights on Victoria’s fall calendar.

The event also brings together a remarkable cross-section of the Victoria community—arts supporters, community leaders, business owners, Festival patrons and friends from throughout the region. It’s an evening to get dressed up, gather around the table, enjoy outstanding entertainment and celebrate the community’s commitment to the arts.

David Faskas, Victoria Bach Festival board member and chair of Mariachis & Margaritas, said the event embodies the spirit of both the Festival and the community it serves.

A Night to Celebrate—and Support—Great Music

The evening will also feature a lively live auction, with unique experiences and packages available for bidding. Proceeds from the event will support the Victoria Bach Festival’s artistic and educational programs.

Guests can choose from a variety of ticket and table options. Individual tickets begin at $125, with options for couples and shared tables. Tables for eight are $1,000, while VIP tables are $1,500 and include premier seating and special event experiences. VIP sponsors will enjoy exclusive benefits, including priority seating near the stage, early access to the dining experience and a private serenade from Mariachi Nuevo.
