We recognize Nina Di Leo for her sixteen years of service leading the Festival as Executive Director. Under her skilled and gracious leadership, Nina helped grow VBF into a vibrant and beloved part of the Crossroads cultural fabric.
Remember the 2019 Beethoven concert venue change, when the electricity went out thirty minutes before curtain and Nina conferred with staff to move a seventy-piece orchestra to a new location? The music continued. Remember the past eighteen months of distance and the challenge of shifting to online productions? Under Nina’s guidance, the music continued.
The magical musical experiences at VBF will continue under new leadership, built on a strong foundation that Nina helped create.
We’ve heard supporters’ requests for information on how to honor Nina with a gift to VBF! We’re providing that opportunity through honorary gifts to:
- the VBF Endowment Trust to perpetuate the outstanding musical performances Nina loves, or to
- the Victoria Bach Festival for ongoing initiatives to bring great performers and composers of color to the Crossroads.
